On September 26, 2020, the prosecutors who were served the affidavit responded by making a public filing to the court. The purpose of this filing is not yet clear, but it confirms they have read and received the document. In addition to including the original email that was sent to them, they included emails between Mr. Raniere and Mr. Chakravorty that discuss the affidavit.
